residential. a client named Dr. L asked us to design an income property at first. we soon discovered she had something much more interesting in mind. she wanted to experiment. however, she was not attempting to mislead us. Dr. L had simply misdiagnosed her own situation. following our suggestion, she decided to hold off on this bigger project in favor of a much smaller one involving a remodel of her existing home (Farmdale). LApartments is an ongoing unfinished project, kept as a record of our continuing conversation with Dr. L.
